We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number.
Packaging, Shipping & Delivery
Normally orders are packed and shipped within 2 working days of receipt, using standard delivery services. . If you are located in the UK you will receive your order within a maximum of 3-5 working days. Delivery times to other destinations vary but we always aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible. If your order is for a special occasion then please tell us at the time of ordering as we'll always do our best to meet your deadlines. We will not be held responsible for the goods once they have been passed to the courier or postal service however we will always work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. We try and keep our stock levels as accurate as possible, but occasionally there may be times where there is a high demand for a particular item which may result in your order being delayed. All order are packed in sturdy boxes with protective packaging where required, to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Cost of delivery includes packaging materials used and packing. Our Postage and Packaging charges for mainland UK have been kept simple and to an absolute minimum.

Medium Orders delivery charge: £3.95
Large Orders delivery charge: £6.95
How to use Humbugs Sweet Shop
Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to send the order.
All purchases are made in GBP and include V.A.T in the price shown. If you experience any difficulties using the site, whether you're buying or just looking, please do let us know and we'll look into it.

General: All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage in transit to perishable products due to heat or atmospheric conditions beyond our control.
Security: We take the greatest effort to ensure the highest possible standards of online security. We use PayPal to process payments from customers. We do not store any credit card information on our system. PayPal are one of the UKs leading Secure Payment Service providers. Are my Credit Card details safe? Your credit card details are securely processed by one of the leading companies in the field: PayPal. We do not receive any credit card information ourselves - only a confirmation that the transaction has been authorised.
Returns Policy: If there is a problem at all with the quality of the products, please return them, within 7 days of receipt, to: 22 Queensway, Crewe, Cheshire, CW1 2HQ. Please enclose your contact details, any reference labels associated with the product and details of the problem.
Cancellation Policy: As we aim to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible, anyone wishing to cancel their order must contact us on 01260 224127 or email us at info@humbugsweetshop.co.uk within 2 working hours of placing their order to discuss the cancellation.
